The Russian Federation has sufficiently developed legislation in field of combating to the corruption. Preparation and introduction system of anticorruption acts was begun at the same time with beginning of conduct huge administrative reform in Russia which was aimed to optimization system of public administration.

Fundamental importance in the fight against corruption is the Federal Law "On Combating Corruption" adopted in 2008.

Namely in that law act was put conceptual anti corruption decisions and main vectors of future improvements relevant legislation.
