27 December 2019 came into force Federal law N 432-FZ which detailing  The Federal law "On combating Corruption" regarding regulation list of the restrictions persons who occupied positions of state (municipal) posts or state (municipal) employees.

New regulation improve forbiddance for the above persons to participate in management of the profit and nonprofit organization. Considering Federal law established more detailed exceptions from that forbiddance for people employees in state and municipal bodies.

The main rule is that the above persons don't have rights to participate in management of the profit and nonprofit organization except following:

1) participating free of charge positions in management of the politic parties, trade unions, take part in a congress (conference) or general meeting of another public organization, housing, housing, garage cooperatives, real estate partnerships.

2) other cases provided for by international treaties or federal laws.

Second of the new regulations is about detailing order of timing for put on disciplinary responsibility (reprimand, warning of incomplete compliance for position, dismissal) for corruption offenses. It is responsibility for persons who occupied positions of state (municipal) posts or state (municipal) employees in Federal customs service, military service, Investigative Committee of the Russia, The Ministry of Internal Affair of The Russian Federation, Ministry the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters. According formerly rules disciplinary responsibility for corruptions offenses it is possible to apply only not later than six months from the date of receipt of information about committing a corruption offense and not later than three years from date of committing a corruption offense.

According to the new regulation, it is determined that periods when the offender is temporarily disconnected, on vacation or on a business trip are excluded from the six-month period.
