The State Duma of the Russian Federation adopted in the first reading draft law “On Amending Article 12 of the Federal Law“ On Combating Corruption ”.

The draft law contains detailed anti-corruption requirements and restrictions on the status of deputies of the parliaments of the subjects of the Russian Federation.

The draft law supposed to clarify that restrictions on participation in the management of commercial and non-profit organizations apply only to deputies of the legislative assemblies of the subjects of the Russian Federation, working on an ongoing basis.
